Whether you are looking for a side of beef to fill your freezer, or have some boneless venison roasts left over from last hunting season, we are happy to assist you by providing a range of custom services.

We bring in locally raised animals straight from the processing abattoir and dry-age your beef an average 14 days (extended aging also available) before cutting and packaging as directed so that the finished product is truly unique. Our butchers are happy to go through all the individual cuts and answer any questions so that your order is perfect.

Custom sausage or smoked pepperettes are some of the unique items we can create from any provided game meat. Any hunted items you acquire must arrive at our facility broken down and boneless for further processing.

 Order total is calculated based off of the hanging weight prior to aging. Prices subject to change. Updated January 2024.
